3. 3. By Companies in India ( In Indian Rupees ).
4. 4. By Companies Outside India ( In USD ).

Payments

Option 1.

By Companies IN INDIA

1. 1. Should make All Payments in favor of ASHOK GULATI ( A / c Payee Only )
2. 2. Should make All payment in Indian Rupees as confirmed by us ( Including Service Tax as applicable ).
3. 3. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as applicable.
4. 4. Though the TDS Certificate may be issued within 60 Days of close of financial year, the company while making the payment & deducting the Tax must forward a Hard Copy of covering letter on Letterhead ( duly signed by competent authority and stamped ) by Courier / Regd Post To, ASHOK GULATI, C - 124, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi - 110 076, India confirming the relevant details with PAN Number.
5. 5. Your Bank Charges shall be to your account & our Bank Charges to our account.

By Companies OUTSIDE INDIA

1. 1. Should make All Payments in favor of ASHOK GULATI ( A / c Payee Only )
2. 2. Should make All payment in USD as confirmed by us.
3. 3. Your Bank Charges shall be to your account & our Bank Charges to our account.

Option 2.

Pay through Paypal

Terms:

• Full payments are required to be made in advance and in stipulated period as defined / agreed by us.
• Once an advertisement order is accepted and paid for, no request shall be entertained for amendments or change in Advertisement.
• Once Paid, no request for refund shall be entertained even if Advertisement order is withdrawn or cancelled
• Rates are subject to revision without notice. No claims of any nature whatsoever shall be entertained.
• Rates are exclusive of Service Tax which shall be charged extra as applicable.
• www.renewsindia.com reserves its right to reject any advertisement at its sole discretion & without assigning any reason.
• Only soft copies of invoices ( Performa or Regular ) generated by computer ( Without signature and / or Rubber Stamp ) shall be provided & forwarded by e mail. Hard copies will not be provided.
• Disputes, if any, shall be restricted to jurisdiction of Delhi / New Delhi , India courts only.
